What we receive

• What you ask for: the service you are interested in, the specialist you prefer, the day and time that suits you.
• When you call, our receptionist (an automated assistant) takes your request and keeps a summary and transcript of the call so the salon can follow up.
• Online bookings happen on the salon's appointment platform, which has its own privacy policy.

• To answer your request, confirm appointments and send you the booking link.
